I have used Flickr for this purpose but if anyone uses other hosting vendors like photo bucket it’s the same process:
So I have an account on https://www.flickr.com/
I browse to the photo I want to embed into a board.
I first click on the share icon – the black arrow and this pops up a new UI which gives me access to the BBCode as shown below:

So, I simply paste this into the thread, I can then preview before I submit the thread
